5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, revenue sharing percentages, and payout schedules are outlined in your individual partnership agreement. We reserve the right to modify payment terms with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ad Rev Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
